Made-to-order products includes any standard DC electromagnets that are out of
stock, all DC power supplies, AC electromagnets, flux generators,
demagnetizers, and some special electromagnets like Auto Release, Opposite
Pole, and High Temperature .

Standard In-stock Electromagnets Only
We have committed to serve customers in the best of our knowledge. In case
of returning those standard in-stock electromagnets, please call us to get a
return material authorization number (RMA) before returning. Parts must be in re-sellable
condition (e.g. leads not trimmed, contact surface not scratched). Return must be made within 30 days of purchasing. There will be 50%
restocking charge on all returned goods. There is no any refund on shipping
cost.
